We warmly invite you to join a special online meeting with the authors of the recently released 2nd Ed. of the Springer textbook “Positive Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychology.”

The first edition of this book became an important international reference for mental health professionals interested in resource-oriented and integrative approaches to psychotherapy and psychiatry. At the end of 2025, the fully revised and expanded second edition was released, bringing together 76 authors from 19 countries across five continents.

The book offers a holistic, integrative and preventive perspective on mental health, focusing not only on treating disorders but also on developing human resources and potentials. The new edition includes 55+ chapters, with 22 newly added chapters addressing contemporary topics such as trauma, psychotherapy in war-affected countries, online therapy after the COVID-19 pandemic, cultural perspectives on mental health, LGBTQ+ issues, autism, chronic pain, grief, and suicidality.

It remains the only international textbook that brings together Positive Psychiatry, Positive Psychotherapy, and Positive Psychology in one volume.
